Toni Stambersky, Compliance/Closing Manager. Toni joined ECAP in 2006 as an Asset Manager and Closing Administrator. She works closely with all ECAP members as well as the auditors for our Funds. She is responsible for managing the office, coordinating of all of real estate closings and managing compliance of asset reporting requirements. Toni has over 20 years of real estate experience in both residential and commercial capacities. Toni has previously managed over $2 million of Neighborhood Stabilization Program “NSP” Funds in Detroit and Hamtramck, Michigan. She worked closely with state/local government entities in a developer capacity to rehab residential homes in Detroit and build residential new construction homes in Hamtramck. Toni is a licensed real estate agent and a graduate of the Detroit Business Institute. She enjoys listening to country music, cooking on the grill, and hosting social gatherings with friends and family.
