Scott B. Woosley, CFA, Managing Partner. Scott is a Principal and one of the founders of ECAP. He has over 35 years of financial and investment experience. Prior to starting ECAP, Scott was managing director and portfolio manager for a $1+ billion commingled real estate fund that specialized in financing construction and providing permanent take out financing for office, industrial, retail and residential projects throughout the United States. He has overseen the underwriting and due diligence for over $3 billion in equity, participating mortgages, and credit enhancement facilities.

Scott is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute, American Real Estate Society, the Hoover Institute, and the Steamboat Institute. He graduated in 1984 from the George Washington University with a B.A. in accounting and received his MBA in 1991 from the University of Michigan. He and his wife Jeanine have four children and are both avid golfers. Scott spends his spare time as a member of the National Ski Patrol patrolling and teaching in Michigan and Colorado.
